Once, in Sappada homes, such places protected what was too precious to burn: documents, provisions, memories. Now lovingly cared for by Elena (maître and sommelier) and Ovidio (sommelier and watchful custodian). She is the daughter who continues the dream. He, Roberto’s direct pupil, learned the art of pairing by walking by his side. The wine list reflects this legacy: broad, profound, designed to accompany each dish with elegance.
